Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been a licensed therapist for 3 years. My education is clinical social work from Indiana Wesleyan University. I offer solution-focused, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic modalities.
My personal history brought me to this field later in life and my own life experiences add depth to my practice and understanding of the hardships and circumstances many of us face.
I believe therapy should be available to everyone and everyone needs therapy at some time in life.
I use warmth, compassion, empathy, honesty, and dignity in every session. I believe we all have something to offer we just need some support in finding our self at times.
I look forward to working with you!

She believes therapy should be available to everyone and that many people will benefit from support at some point. In sessions she emphasizes warmth, compassion, empathy, honesty, and dignity as core values while helping clients reconnect with their strengths and sense of self.
Melissa looks forward to working with you.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit consistent support into a busy life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone needs a different fit they can switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to get support for everyday struggles and important transitions.
