Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello,
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, California, Oregon, and Washington.
I have been working with patients with mental health diagnoses for a little over 10 years.
I received my Bachelors and Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialty in Mental Health. From there, I obtained two years of supervised clinical mental health training to become a clinical practitioner.
I am proficient in working with clients who experience depression and anxiety.
Anyone who has those labels on their chest knows that there are large subsets of other disorders lying around. You and I can work on all of the above. You are in a safe place.
Relationships, body dysmorphia, life changes- you have space for it all with me.
I will not sell you anything nor promise that I am the best of the best.
What I can give you is a solid heart and a safe place to heal.
After all, you made it this far, what’s the harm in trying on some healing?
My therapy style is direct, honest, and heartfelt. I expect you to show up for yourself.
Respect and compassion for your pain are forefront. Also, the belief that a tiny step is worthy of celebration! If I am believing in you, I’m bringing you along with me on this journey.
Clinically, I cannot say that I adhere to one modality. I pick at Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT). I will use components of CBT, but I will NEVER throw a book your way and say finish it.
I combine narrative style with motivational interviewing as well as a psychodynamic approach.
I am following your lead here with a strong guiding hand. If you have read this far come on down and give me a try…
See you soon. Meghan

Meghan Perez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who practices across Texas, California, Oregon, and Washington. She holds Licensed Clinical Social Worker credentials in California and Oregon (CA LCSW 103205 and OR LCSW L15719) and is also licensed to practice in Texas and Washington.
She earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialty in mental health, then completed two years of supervised clinical mental health training to become a clinical practitioner. Over the past 10 years she has worked with people living with a variety of mental health diagnoses and concerns, with particular proficiency supporting those experiencing depression and anxiety.
Her clinical work covers a wide range of issues including stress, relationship and family conflicts, grief, addictions, LGBT issues, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related concerns, anger management, self-esteem, career difficulties, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, coaching, and compassion fatigue. She creates space for concerns such as body dysmorphia and major life transitions, offering clients a calm and steady environment to process change.
Meghan’s therapy style is direct, honest, and heartfelt. She centers respect and compassion for pain while encouraging clients to take small steps forward and to celebrate progress. Clinically she draws on components of cognitive behavioral therapy alongside narrative approaches, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic ideas, shaping an individualized plan rather than adhering rigidly to a single model – she will not simply hand a client a book and ask them to finish it.
She does not make grand promises or try to sell clients anything; instead she offers a dependable, compassionate presence and a safe place to work toward healing. Prospective clients who are ready to take a step can expect a supportive, guiding hand as they engage in the therapeutic process with her.
For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy is a practical and effective option. Research and practice indicate that for these issues, remote sessions can offer outcomes comparable to traditional in-person therapy.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the communication method that fits their needs, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to attend sessions around work, family, or other commitments and to maintain continuity of care when schedules are unpredictable.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients are free to request a different clinician at any time if they are seeking a new fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible way to begin or continue mental health care without sacrificing the quality of the therapeutic relationship.
