Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, career challenges and life changes. My specialty is LGBTQ+ related issues in adolescence and throughout the lifespan, as well as gender studies. Additionally, I have worked with issues related to homelessness, immigration status, and family of origin.
My counseling style is client-centered, strengths-based, and culturally sensitive. I am committed to providing my clients with an environment that is non-judgmental, supportive, and interactive. My approach is always determined by the individual client’s needs and I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion without stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and rational-emotive behavior therapy. I strive to adapt and mold therapy goals to meet each individual’s unique and specific needs.
**Unfortunately, I do not have specific training in the areas of OCD, Autism, Sexual dysfunctions, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Neuro Cognitive Disorders.
It takes strength and courage to seek help. It is a sign of willingness to change. You should be proud of yourself for taking the first step in the journey toward being your best self.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of remote care is its flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the format that fits your life, whether that is a video call, a phone conversation, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to attend sessions consistently and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if you feel a different fit would serve you better, you can switch therapists at any time. For many people, the convenience and accessibility of online therapy make it a practical and effective way to address everyday mental health concerns.
