Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Marios, and I’m a qualified and accredited psychotherapist (UKCP, BACP) with over two decades of experience supporting adults who are dealing with a range of challenges and dilemmas in life.
Life can be complex at times and lead to personal struggles that affect how you think, feel, and relate. This can impact your emotional and psychological wellbeing, giving rise to anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and questions around identity—making it harder to navigate life and make decisions due to the lack of clarity that such feelings and confusion bring.
In our sessions, I’ll support you in clarifying your goals, making sense of what you’re experiencing, and addressing the challenges you may be facing—so you can move forward feeling more in control of your life.
Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgmental space, using gentle questions and active listening to uncover what matters most to you. I’ll help you gain new perspectives, connect with your strengths, and support you in finding meaning, while developing coping skills to face challenges and move forward at your own pace.
The benefits of therapy extend far beyond symptom relief, and by engaging in the therapeutic process, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, enhance your self-esteem, and cultivate healthier relationships. Therapy can also provide you with valuable insights and skills to navigate life’s transitions and challenges more effectively.
I embrace diversity and provide inclusive therapy where individuals of all backgrounds feel valued, understood, and supported in their journey.

He is committed to inclusive practice and seeks to ensure people from diverse backgrounds feel valued and supported in their therapeutic journey.
Online therapy can be an effective option for many common concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes. For these issues, evidence shows that remote work with a therapist often matches the benefits of traditional face-to-face sessions.
A major benefit is convenience – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone conversations, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to access support from different locations.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and if a different match is needed it is possible to switch practitioners. For many people, online therapy provides a practical, accessible route to engage in the therapeutic process and to work toward clearer thinking and better coping strategies.
