Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I am Maria and I am a professionally qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Life coach.
Since 2010, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. They have all agreed that life is too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled.
I offer a safe space to explore difficulties as well as hopes and dreams. Using a collaborative and non-judgemental approach, I offer both long and short term therapy, and enjoy working with a diverse range of people.
I use a combination of approaches that bring together different elements of psychological therapies. I believe there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations.
My focus is always to help individuals with whatever problems they may present, and that they feel they actually want help with. I can help you to achieve your goals through coaching, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and counselling.
I enjoy helping people improve their relationship with themselves as they go through their journey of discovery, working with specific issues relating to their past desired future.
I have over 15 years experience working with health related issues, 5 years in a hospital setting – including health anxiety, living with uncertainty, adjustment to and living with cancer, chronic and non curative illnesses. This experience has enabled me to work effectively with people who are suffering with long Covid symptoms.
My work is as an adjustment to you and your needs. A collaborative process between us. I achieve this by using my experience of helping people and by providing a safe, confidential, caring, comfortable, understanding and non-judgemental space. I listen to you, and design a personalised therapy plan customised specifically for you and your own individual needs.
So whether you suffer from anxiety, need help with your alcohol intake, fears, weight, addictions, trauma, gambling, stress, accepting and managing a medical diagnosis within your mindset, life direction, relationship issues or other. Book an appointment with me and take back control of your mindset and your life.
In addition to 1-on-1 consultations and group sessions, I regularly host workshops and seminars for people who are interested in development.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy can be equally effective as traditional in-person work. Research and clinical practice indicate that remote sessions often deliver meaningful outcomes for these types of issues.
A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to access help from different locations.
Therapy delivered remotely is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if someone wishes to try a different therapist they can switch at any time to find a better fit. For many people, online therapy is a practical, accessible option that supports progress on common emotional and life challenges.
