Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I have been working as a counsellor for 11 years, across different settings and age groups – but whatever your stage of life, and difficulties you want to explore, I offer the same thing – genuine warmth, non-patronising care (and a sense of humour when needed). I will be real with you, in the hope you can feel comfortable to be real with me…
My therapy training background is in person centred counselling, with further training in creative therapy methods. This means that I will be guided by you, and what you want/need from our time together.
I have particular interests/experience around our early life experiences (and how we can get stuck with internal defense mechanisms that were once vital for survival, but can also cause pain), family dynamics, anxiety, low mood, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum mental health. Whatever you are bringing to sessions though, I am ready to listen fully and without judgement, and help you find what you need. I look forward to working with you!

Maisie Lambert is a counsellor based in the United Kingdom with 11 years of experience working across varied settings and age groups. She offers genuine warmth, non-patronising care and a sense of humour when appropriate, aiming to be honest and straightforward so people can feel comfortable being honest in return.
Her formal training is in person centred counselling, with additional training in creative therapy methods, so her work is shaped by what each person wants and needs from their time together. Maisie has particular interest and experience in early life experiences and the internal defence mechanisms that once helped survival but can continue to cause pain. She also works with family dynamics, anxiety, low mood, trauma, and pregnancy and postpartum mental health. As a female, non-religious and liberal therapist, she listens fully and without judgement and supports clients to find what they need from therapy.
Online therapy can be an effective option for many common concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adjusting to life changes. For these types of issues, evidence shows that online sessions can be comparable in effectiveness to in-person therapy.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can choose the mode of contact that fits their life and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy around work, family, and other commitments.
Therapists providing online services are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many, online therapy offers a practical, accessible route to consistent support and progress.
