Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Lyn Cassin. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, (LCSW) in Indiana. I have worked in the mental health field since 2006 when I graduated with my BSW from Youngstown (Ohio) State University. I became a therapist once I obtained my MSW in 2012. The reason I became a therapist was to be able to help others who are struggling with the challenges of daily living. I’ve worked with adults who experience depression, anxiety, panic attacks, loss, abuse, addiction issues, and trauma survivors. My therapy approaches combine Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Trauma-informed, Dialectical Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and other Strength-based therapies. We all need help at some time in our lives. I hope to have the chance to help you with whatever you are struggling with by providing a safe, non-judgemental place for you to talk, and be heard.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and adjusting to life changes – online therapy has demonstrated effectiveness comparable to in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit care into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if a different match is preferred, clients are free to switch to another therapist at any time.
