Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome. If you are ready to begin this journey, I look forward to the opportunity to work with you in making positive change in your life. You have already started the work by seeking out the therapist that best meets your needs.
Having begun work as a therapist in 2008, I have found that people often seek me out when they have reached the point where they are ready to live more fulfilling, authentic, joyful lives. Having been trained in a wide range of modalities, I have found that an eclectic approach is usually most therapeutic. It is often helpful to use a Humanist approach to do the deeper and more meaningful and lasting work. I am also able to provide Choice Theory with CBT, Person Centered with Psychotherapeutic, or Mindfulness according to what the client is working towards. Ultimately, my strength is found in being flexible and adapting to best meet you where you’re at in the moment.
I look forward to talking with you!

Many people ask whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One of the primary advantages is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy offers an accessible way to pursue support for everyday mental health concerns while maintaining the same goals as in-person work.
