Many people ask whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable to traditional in-person sessions.
An important benefit is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients are free to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better for their needs.
