Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there!
My name is Lisa and I am a licensed clinical social worker here in sunny Florida. I have 10 years of clinical experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and teens. I have found that my absolute favorite population to work with are teenagers and young adults! These years are filled with a lot of changes and growth, and I love supporting my clients through this challenging time.
I address a wide range of issues with my clients, including depression, anxiety, school-related issues, relationships, self-harm, suicidal ideation, anger, life changes, self-esteem, family conflict……just to name a few! I use a blend of therapeutic techniques that is tailored to each client’s individual needs, and my ultimate goal for our time together is that you feel comfortable and supported along the way.
A little about me: I live in central Florida with my fiancé, teenage daughter, puppy, and 6 cats (yes, you read that right……6!). In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, watching movies (I love all things Marvel), and hitting up the numerous theme parks close by. I look forward to meeting you!

Many people wonder whether virtual counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who offer online services are licensed professionals, and individuals may choose a different clinician at any time if they want another fit. For many people, the accessibility and convenience of online therapy make it a practical and effective option for receiving support.
