One major benefit is flexibility – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they are seeking a different fit. Online therapy offers a convenient route to consistent, professional support for everyday mental health concerns.
