Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome to BetterHelp, my name is Lilia. I am a BACP registered counsellor based in the UK with 8 years experience in practice. I’m here to listen and support you to a place where you have a better relationship with yourself and others around you. You have my full attention and empathy whatever you are going through.
I offer a person-centred approach at the core of my therapeutic work, facilitating a warm, compassionate environment during our sessions where you can feel safe and heard. This non-directive approach means the space is yours to explore your thoughts and express your emotions judgement -free. We will work at your pace and explore new topics when you feel ready. You are very welcome to reach out between sessions too, to share your thoughts with me if you feel comfortable. My additional training, continuing professional development and experience allow me to integrate useful interventions and helpful resources into our sessions, if desired.
Besides being a professional counsellor, I’m a friendly human being, with a multi-cultural background. I am genuinely interested in people and their uniqueness, respecting diversity of cultures, beliefs and lifestyles.
You are very welcome to reach out if you need a session at short notice, if you would like to book a regular slot, or the time you’d like to book isn’t on the schedule. I try to be flexible whenever possible.
I really look forward to working with you and I’m happy to answer any questions.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One key benefit is flexibility – you can choose the way of connecting that suits you best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone does not feel like the right fit, it is possible to switch to a different therapist. Online therapy can be a practical and effective option for many seeking support.
