Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do.” – Brené Brown
In therapy, I believe the first step toward healing is embracing your story—every part of it. This process of self-compassion and understanding is often the bravest thing we can do. I’m here to guide you as we explore the challenges you face, helping you build a stronger, more accepting relationship with yourself.
With almost five years of experience in private practice and as a volunteer counsellor in the NHS, I offer a client-centered, integrative approach to therapy. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life struggles, particularly for young adults. Using a combination of person-centered, existential, and psychodynamic methods, I ensure that the therapy is tailored to what works best for you.
“You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress simultaneously.” – Sophia Bush
Healing doesn’t mean you have to be perfect. It means embracing who you are right now, while still growing and evolving. In our work together, I’ll support you in recognizing your strengths and areas for growth, always moving forward with compassion for yourself. You are allowed to be in process, and I’m here to support you through that journey.
I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable to explore your feelings and challenges openly. The therapy process is collaborative, and we’ll work at your pace. Sometimes it takes time to break old patterns, and I’ll support you with patience and understanding as we work together to uncover the root causes of your struggles.
In our work together, I aim to empower you with the tools, coping strategies, and insights you need to navigate life’s challenges confidently. My goal is for you to feel self-sufficient outside of therapy, ready to take on life’s ups and downs with a stronger sense of self.
Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here to begin the journey with you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is the flexibility it offers – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into daily life.
Sessions are conducted by licensed professionals, and if a client decides they would prefer a different therapist at any time, they can switch to find a better fit.
