I am an experienced and fully qualified grief and trauma therapeutic counsellor in UK. I understand the impact of childhood trauma, how to address it and also how to process it. I am educated to a university level ( I have degree in Psychology) and I am here to support you. I have a few ways to approach any therapeutic issues that rise up in our therapeutic space. I utilise both direct and non directive approach based on my clients and their preferences.
I have in depth experiences of working with people who are struggling with anxiety, loss, stress or bereavement. So, if you feel that you do not know what to do to get out of your sadness, then I may be able to help.
We will explore what your experiences have been like so you can start coming to terms with it. I will not judge you, I will help you to understand yourself more and I will support you so you can heal from your pain.
I can guide you with coping strategies and with psycho education so you can start to coping better and also start to feel stronger.
By understanding yourself past you can become more present and invite a positive future into your life.

Klara Sharples is a fully qualified grief and trauma therapeutic counsellor practising in the United Kingdom. She holds a university degree in Psychology and uses her training to support people processing childhood trauma and other painful experiences.
With three years of experience, Klara has worked in depth with individuals facing anxiety, loss, stress and bereavement. She offers a range of therapeutic approaches and adapts between direct and non-directive styles to suit each client’s preferences.
In therapy she explores clients’ experiences to help them come to terms with what has happened, without judgement, and to build greater self-understanding. Klara provides practical coping strategies and psychoeducation so clients can manage difficulties more effectively and begin to feel stronger.
