Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative humanistic counsellor with 3 years counselling experience. An integrative counsellor believes there isn’t just one approach that can help.
I have worked for 2 years as an in house counsellor for an NHS doctors where I worked with a wide range of concerns from anxiety and depression, low self esteem, relationship problems, fractured family relations, to abuse, neglect, ADHD and autism to supporting recovery from addiction.
I have a particular interest in the effects of trauma and the impact trauma can have on our wellbeing and mental health..
Whatever your story and wherever you find yourself at this moment, I aim to provide a reliable, safe space where, I hope you will feel valued and respected.
I believe the most important part of therapy is our relationship, through listening with genuine empathy and unconditional positive regard we can build trust. By listening, really listening I can begin to understand the world through your eyes and work with you to navigate a way forward.
Counselling offers a truly unique space that so many of us desperately need. Our worlds can get so busy with no time to fully focus on our own needs. All to often we have to settle for rushed conversations, we only half listen to each other and rather than feeling truly heard and understood we can be met with misplaced advice, judgement or criticism.
Counselling is a place you will be met with acceptance, you will not have to edit your self to please or protect others and you are free to just be you however and whoever you are in that given moment, working at your pace in a way that feels right for you.
I work from a person centered perspective , believing that you are the expert on yourself and once given the right conditions you will find what works best for you.
I am trained in a variety of counselling modalities such as Gestalt, Solution focused, CBT, existential and Emotion Focused, rather than a one approach fits all solution I tailer the therapy to fit you and your individual needs, often taking elements from a variety of modalities to form your own bespoke therapy.
I really look forward to meeting you and beginning our work together, I truly value and learn from every client, being able to view the world through another’s eyes is a real privilege.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or coping with life changes, research and practice show that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the communication style that fits their life, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to arrange therapy around work, family, and other commitments.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, the convenience and accessibility of online therapy make it a practical and effective way to get support for everyday mental health concerns.
