Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
KATIE BIFULCO, Dip. Couns MBACP (Accred)
Hi and thanks for taking a look at my profile.
I realise that sometimes it’s hard to ask for help when life feels challenging and sometimes it’s difficult to know what to do next or who to talk to.
I can provide a professional and safe environment in which I will endeavour to listen to you without judgement.
I am a Person-centred (Humanistic) therapist and have lots of experience helping people with various life issues or at different life transitions.
This can include clients – both male and female – who have anxiety and depression and other struggles which may affect their quality of life.
Others may have suffered a loss/bereavement, feel ‘stuck’, are in a life transition such as redundancy/illness/retirement, have relationship issues, post-natal depression, baby loss, are struggling with infertility/IVF or have other pregnancy-related issues including terminations.
I have experience working with clients on the autistic spectrum or those with ADHD and I also have an interest working with women who are struggling with the Menopause.
I have worked with clients with BPD (EUPD) and am a DBT practitioner.
I have been in Private Practice for 5 years and I am a registered Accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I look forward to hearing from you!
