Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Do you feel lost, unfulfilled and struggle to cope with these difficult emotions?
Does it happen that you might feel unseen, not heard, and not really appreciated?
Do you feel you’re doing the best you can and you’re still not happy with yourself, your life, work, at home, within family?
Do you struggle with anxiety, feel overwhelmed, depressed, or lonely?
Do you think your coping methods seem to not work or you struggle with finding one which would work, to help you cope with these feelings?
You are not alone. I’m here.
I’m here to support you to feel more fulfilled in life. I’m here to help you understand what blocks your innate talents and skills, identify them, and reach for them. To use them consciously and fully, and to make changes in your life, which will render it more satisfactory. I believe each of us is different and unique, endowed with different talents that may sometimes be hidden or blocked for various reasons.
I’m using Integrative therapeutic approach, which is not only a continuation of my field of study but also an expression of the implicit faith in the uniqueness of each individual and the respect they are due.
My interest includes Depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), trauma, PTSD and CPTSD and self-esteem, and the particular challenges encountered by Domestic Violence. I also work with neurodivergent people , and have quite a few years of experience in this field.
My favourite part of being a counsellor is watching you, grow and blossom into the amazing beings you are supposed to be, letting go of the things that hold you back, reaching your full potential and creating your best possible life!
It is a huge honour and privilege to be part of that process!

Kate Reeve is a UK-based therapist with nine years of clinical experience. She is a female, older practitioner who identifies as non-religious and liberal, working with adults facing a wide range of emotional and life challenges.
People come to Kate when they feel lost, unfulfilled or unable to manage difficult emotions. She supports those who feel unseen, unheard or underappreciated, and those who are doing their best yet remain dissatisfied with themselves, work or family life. Common concerns she works with include anxiety, overwhelm, depression and loneliness, as well as difficulties when usual coping methods no longer help.
Using an integrative therapeutic approach, Kate helps clients understand what is blocking their natural talents and skills, identify those strengths, and apply them more consciously. Her aim is to enable practical changes that make life more satisfying and meaningful.
Kate specialises in areas such as stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, grief, self-esteem, depression, addictions, relationship and family issues, eating and sleeping difficulties, parenting and anger, career and coping with life changes, compassion fatigue and ADHD. She has a particular interest in depression, generalized anxiety disorder, trauma including PTSD and CPTSD, self-esteem issues and the challenges related to domestic violence. She also has experience working with neurodivergent people.
Her most rewarding work is seeing people grow and blossom, letting go of what holds them back, and moving toward their full potential. Kate describes being part of that process as a huge honour and privilege.
Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to choose the format that feels most comfortable.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they would prefer a different fit. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible and effective route to support and progress.
