Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person treatment for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can choose the mode of connection that fits their life and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to consistently attend sessions.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different clinician, they can switch to another therapist at any time to find the best fit.
