Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and I’m so glad you are seeking support with your life. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan, a Board Certified Diplomat and Certified Addictions Counselor, I have been in human service for over 20 years. I have worked with children age 3 to seniors over 100 years old. I’ve worked with individuals with a history of abuse/neglect, addiction, anxiety, chronic illness, depression, domestic violence, grief and loss and those spiritually seeking. My therapeutic expertise includes trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral and solution focused interventions, and motivational interviewing. All interventions stem from a person-centered holistic approach. My professional experience ranges from case management in community mental health, delinquency and youth residential facilities, Home Health Care and Hospice, starting numerous outpatient substance abuse programs, nonprofit executive leadership, business consulting and life/spiritual coaching.
I believe in the celebration and acceptance of every person. We examine all aspects of a person’s life and help find what intersects. The overarching goal is balanced living and having tools at our disposal in order to become skillful at creating self-defined balance for ourselves whenever we face life challenges that take us off center. I use all that I have learned to help those who choose to receive it.
Personally, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and adventure experiences like zip lining and skydiving and most importantly helping others find mental, physical and spiritual health. It would be an honor to assist you along your life’s journey.
I wish you peace and fulfillment!

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that best fits their lives, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to maintain continuity of care amid busy schedules or changing circumstances.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they decide a different match would be better. Online therapy offers a practical path to consistent support while addressing many everyday mental health needs.
