Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
About Me:
I use an Integrative Counselling approach, which basically involves the use of different counselling styles, so my work will be tailored to suit your own individual needs. We can work together in a safe place to fully understand your current circumstances and I can help you learn to overcome the challenges that you face in your life.
Together we can work on improving and reaching a positive conclusion, where you can uncover your own solutions to enable you to take control of your approach to a happier future.
In order to ensure I am providing the best of myself for my clients I undertake regular supervision, training and personal development in line with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
Training, Qualifications and Experience:
• Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling – level 6 – Staffordshire University
• Certificate in Counselling – Staffordshire University
I have several years’ experience of working with clients on an individual and couples basis. I have extensive experience of working with those experiencing addiction, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I am proud to say I have helped many clients to focus on leading a more fulfilling life.
I also have extensive knowledge of providing outreach work in the field of addiction, substance misuse, suicide ideation and mental health recovery work.
Support I can offer:
Life can really test us at times, and we may be unable to find the answers within ourselves or indeed from our family and friends.
My aim is to build a trusting relationship with you, where you feel valued and accepted. For many people counselling can help them to develop a greater understanding of themselves, improve their relationships with others or deal with painful past experiences and move forward on a surer footing.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or coping with life changes – online therapy can be just as helpful as traditional face-to-face sessions. Research and clinical practice indicate that virtual sessions often produce similar outcomes for these kinds of issues.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to engage in a way that feels most comfortable.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and, if a different fit is needed at any point, clients are free to switch to another therapist. For many people the combination of effective therapeutic methods and convenient access can make online work an excellent option to consider.
