Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Jen (she/her).
I’m a queer, neurodivergent (ADHD), feminist, and trauma-informed therapist offering a warm, down-to-earth space to explore whatever is going on for you.
I work with adults dealing with trauma, childhood/family issues, domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and people-pleasing. I also help clients better understand how their brain works, set healthier boundaries, and start putting themselves first – often for the first time.
My approach is relaxed and compassionate. I’ll meet you where you are, without judgement, and tailor our work to your needs within the moment. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to support you in finding clarity, strength, and confidence to move forward as your full, authentic self.
You should be so proud of yourself for even just signing up! Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can choose the format that fits your schedule and comfort level, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to prioritise care without rearranging your whole day.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and if you decide you need a different fit you are free to switch to another therapist at any time. For many people, the combination of proven effectiveness and practical convenience makes online therapy a useful option when seeking support.
