Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a therapist with 20 years experience I am versed in multiple modalities of working with people. I have dual licensure in the areas of mental health and substance use. I also have specialized training to work with gambling disorders. I believe in the medical model of disease and work with clients to reduce stigma attached to these diagnosis. Believing the the medical model is only part of my practice though. Healing is holistic and there are many parts to getting well. I am a trained EMDR therapist and enjoy using this modality. EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, it is a different way of working with people than traditional talk therapy. I am trained in several different protocols for EMDR including trauma as well as addiction. I like people and I want to help end suffering in people’s lives. It would be a honored to walk with you on this journey.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online really helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to work just as well as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life, whether that is a video call, a phone conversation, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to attend sessions around work, family, or other commitments.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists if they want a different fit. For many individuals, online therapy offers an effective, practical way to access professional support and maintain continuity of care while managing everyday obligations.
