My approach to counselling is fundamentally person-centred but I draw on the insights and good practice from diverse modalities, for example, compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness, cognitive based therapy. We can explore a way forward that works for you.

Jason O’Flynn offers support for people facing difficult or painful moments in their lives. He provides a calm, non-judgemental space where adults and children can explore what is surfacing for them and consider why those feelings or memories have emerged.
He has worked with people dealing with a wide range of concerns, including grief and loss, trauma, bereavement, abuse, anxiety, depression, family relationship difficulties and loneliness. Whatever the experience, he aims to hold space and walk alongside clients as they reflect on their situation.
Jason welcomes clients who are new to counselling as well as those returning to therapy. He works at a pace that suits each individual and supports people as they seek fresh perspective and balance. His practice is rooted in a person-centred approach while drawing on insights from compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness and cognitive based therapy to find ways forward that suit each person.
