Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a social worker licensed in the State of Michigan. I have been working in the community mental health field for six years. My everyday job is working with individuals with severe mental illness and individuals with immediate mental health crises. Clients I work with often have a range of concerns such as; anxiety, depression, adjusting to a new culture, Bipolar Disorder, substance abuse, family-related concerns, and individuals with self-harming behaviors or suicidal ideations.
My counseling style is down-to-earth and interactive. I believe that individuals are experts in their own lives and enjoy helping individuals obtain these skills. I believe in treating all individuals with respect and compassion. I look at every interaction as an opportunity to learn from one another. My practice is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, solution-focused, and teaching healthy coping skills (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.) When working together, I empower individuals to take the lead in their treatment by setting up therapeutic goals that are time-bound, achievable, and measurable.
It takes courage to make a change and leap out of your comfort zone. It takes strength and resilience to implement these changes.
I look forward to helping you make that leap and empowering you to be the happiest and healthiest version of yourself!

Many people wonder whether virtual counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most cases.
One major benefit is convenience. Clients can choose the mode of communication that fits their needs and schedule – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it simpler to integrate therapy into daily life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they decide a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy offers flexible access to qualified therapists while preserving the core components of effective mental health care.
