Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Jackie. Welcome to my page.
I understand how challenging it can be to reach out for the help and support you need. Having been on your side of the counselling room, I empathize deeply with your feelings.
My personal experiences with childhood trauma, sexual abuse, rape, domestic violence, addictions, and loss have given me a profound understanding of their impacts. These experiences enable me to genuinely empathize with you and comprehend the difficulty in trusting someone.
As a Person-Centred Integrative Counsellor, my approach focuses on you rather than positioning myself as the expert. My aim is to help you find new awareness, understanding, and resolutions to your issues. Person-Centred Counselling emphasizes building a trusting, genuine, and non-judgmental relationship, creating a safe environment for you. Integrative Counselling considers you as an individual, incorporating elements from various approaches to help you explore and cope with your issues.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
Warm regards,
Jackie

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether that is by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists providing online sessions are licensed professionals, and you have the option to change therapists if you feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, effective route to support and progress.
