Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an Integrative Counsellor and started my private practice in the UK in 2019. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, grief & loss, abuse & trauma, gender dysmorphia, body dysmorphia, ADHD, OCD, CPTSD and DID.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. I believe my approach is slightly different from standard therapeutic practitioners, I don’t use jargon and I certainly won’t ask you the standard ‘and what has brought you to therapy today’ phrase! I will use a client centred approach, focusing on core beliefs, intrusive thoughts, childhood relationships & how they impact you now, plus many other areas of your life, that you feel are holding you back from enjoying your world. I will tailor our dialog and interventions to meet your unique and specific needs.
I offer space to review our work together after every session or however often you like. If there is anything that I am doing that you are not happy with or visa versa something you would like me to do that I am not doing, please feel free to bring it up.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. However if you feel that I am not the right fit for you please let me know and I will wish you well on your journey as my deepest desire is that you reach your fullest potential and life your best life the way that you want it to.
If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I use a range of psychoeducation to help you to find ways to help yourself, I do not give advice but will work with you to find the best solution for what is troubling you. And most importantly to hear you and listen in a non judgemental way.
Looking forward to meeting you.

Inge Robinson is an integrative counsellor who launched her private practice in the United Kingdom in 2019.
She has worked with people presenting a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, grief and loss, abuse and trauma, gender dysphoria, body dysmorphia, ADHD, OCD, CPTSD and DID.
Her therapeutic style is warm and interactive. She treats clients with respect, sensitivity and compassion, and she avoids stigmatizing labels. Her approach differs from some standard therapeutic practices – she does not rely on jargon and does not begin sessions with the typical opening question “and what has brought you to therapy today”.
She works in a client-centred way, exploring core beliefs, intrusive thoughts, childhood relationships and how those early dynamics affect life in the present, alongside other areas clients identify as holding them back. Dialog and interventions are tailored to each person’s specific needs.
She offers space to review progress after every session or as often as the client prefers, and she welcomes feedback about the work. If something she is doing is not helpful, or if a client would like her to try a different approach, she invites that to be raised openly.
Robinson recognises the courage it takes to seek a more fulfilling life and to take the first steps toward change. If she is not the right fit for someone she will wish them well, as her deepest desire is that clients reach their fullest potential and live the life they want.
She uses a range of psychoeducation to help clients develop practical self-help strategies; she does not give advice but collaborates with clients to find the best solutions for their concerns. Above all, she listens in a non-judgemental way and looks forward to meeting prospective clients.
