Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
One thing we can all typically agree on is that life, whether we want it to or not, is forever changing. These changes tend to occur in the situations and people surrounding us, often close to home, and within those we love. These changes also tend to occur within ourselves, often due to live events, genetics, and/or our reactions to the people/situations/events going on close to us. Whether these changes are brought about by our active choices, seem to have “come out of now where,” or are a response to other’s actions, our ability to cope with these changes is paramount in successfully adapting to our present and our future.
Clients’ have successfully navigated through the often rough waters of stress, distress, anxiety, sadness, depression, mood swings, anger, grief and loss, and adjusting to changes in life. Clients’ come out of the therapeutic counseling environment with coping skills that can even adapt to other areas of their lives, both now and in the future. With having over 25 years of experience assisting clients’ in navigating issues such as these, I hope you give me the opportunity to see how I can be of a benefit to YOUR quality of life!
