Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a qualified therapist/counsellor based in the United Kingdom with over a decade of working with individuals with diverse needs. I hold a counselling degree as well as a BSc in Psychology. I work with clients across the world and enjoy making a difference. My background includes extensive work with children and young people (CYP), as well as supporting adults of all ages with severe and complex mental health challenges. Alongside my counselling practice, I run a CYP counselling project for Mind, providing counselling to children and adolescents, and work as an adult mental health recovery worker, helping individuals through their mental health journeys.
My experience spans working with individuals facing stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, confidence issues, family conflicts, and significant life changes. I also have specialised experience in supporting LGBTQ+ clients and those managing the challenges of neurodiversity, trauma, and social-emotional difficulties. My educational background is rooted in psychology and counselling, and I continue to expand my expertise through ongoing professional development to provide the most effective support for my clients.
I take a person-centred approach to therapy, meaning I adapt my work to suit your needs and goals. I believe that you are the expert of your own story and that you possess the strengths and resilience needed to overcome life’s challenges. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
Seeking support is a big step, and I am here to walk alongside you in that journey. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, or even going through major transitions, I can offer a space where you feel truly understood. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and work towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I look forward to supporting you.

For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes—online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical practice have found comparable outcomes for these types of issues when therapy is delivered remotely.
One major benefit of online therapy is flexibility. People can choose the mode of contact that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to access support from different locations.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and it is possible to change therapists if a different fit is desired. For many, online therapy offers a practical and effective route to accessing therapeutic support.
