Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Helen and I’m a qualified and accredited integrative counsellor, with 5 years of experience offering one-to-one sessions with adult clients. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can feel listened to and actually heard as they explore their issues and concerns.
Having delivered over 1000 hours of therapeutic counselling sessions, I’m experienced in working with clients to explore and manage a wide range of issues, from anxiety and stress to bereavement, trauma and confidence building.
I’ve seen first-hand how having a safe and confidential space to explore feelings and concerns allows people to make sense of their situations and achieve more self-understanding and knowledge.
My person-centred approach to counselling integrates aspects of psychotherapy from the humanistic, psychodynamic and behaviourist disciplines. This means I work in a client-led manner that is fluid and the focus in the sessions can move between the past, present and future depending on the needs of each individual.
All of my therapeutic work is underpinned by the individual needs of the client, using methods adapted to support clients on their personal therapeutic journey. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that feels most comfortable to them, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options makes it easier to fit therapy into daily life.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and it is possible to change therapists at any time if a different fit is preferred.
