I am a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor, licensed in the UK with five years of professional experience. I hold a CPCAB Level 5 qualification in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am a registered member of the BACP and an accredited member of the NCPS.
Alongside my private practice, I work with a local eating disorders charity and spent many years volunteering with a national bereavement charity. I have a particular interest in helping clients navigate complex emotional landscapes including eating disorders,obesity, body image distress, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues and grief,
I also hold the Advanced Diploma Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity qualification from the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED) and the British Psychological society— one of the highest levels of specialist training available in this field . My training integrates Enhanced CBT (CBT-E), nutritional awareness, and evidence-based psychological approaches to support clients with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, emotional eating, ARFID, obesity and body image concerns.

My work is grounded in person-centred values and draws from psychodynamic theory, somatic processing, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioural tools.
