Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed psychotherapist (MSc) in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & eating disorders.
I have experience with clients from different backgrounds, nationalities, and religions. I pride myself on learning more about wider cultures across the globe.
As a person-centered counsellor, I believe that the relationship facilitates healing. With me, you are offered a space where you are actually heard in a way that is non-judgemental, genuine, and compassionate. You’re allowed to have a voice, an opinion, and you’re allowed to simply be human – this is something that isn’t often granted in our daily lives.
I believe in treating everyone with respect and sensitivity. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
While I am person-centered, I am very much a pluralist. I value many types of approaches and their uses, so where treatments like CBT might be more useful, I honour that and utilize it in our work together. Taking the first step to seek a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
Trust that you’ve been led here for a reason.

Hannah Ilori is a licensed psychotherapist (MSc, Master of Science) practising in the United Kingdom with four years of professional experience. She has worked with people seeking support for relationship difficulties, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, and eating disorders.
Hannah has experience with clients from a variety of backgrounds, nationalities, and religions, and she values learning about cultures from across the world. She practices from a person-centered perspective and believes the therapeutic relationship itself helps facilitate healing.
With Hannah, clients are offered a space where they are heard in a non-judgemental, genuine, and compassionate way. She aims to create an environment where people can express opinions, use their voice, and simply be human – experiences that can be rare in everyday life.
Hannah treats everyone with respect and sensitivity and tailors conversations and treatment plans to each person’s specific needs. Although she is person-centered, she works pluralistically and draws on a range of approaches. When a method such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is more useful, she will incorporate it into the work.
Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and Hannah offers support through that process. She encourages people to trust that they have been led here for a reason.
Many people wonder whether connecting with a therapist online can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to schedule and maintain therapy around work, family, and other commitments.
All participating practitioners are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, online therapy offers a practical, effective way to access support and make progress on everyday mental health concerns.
