Graham Morris

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

Hi there. I’m Graham. I’m a qualified therapist and I hope you’re well.

Everybody has their own route to therapy, and my practice respects the path that you find yourself on. I will offer you a safe space where you can begin to work out the best way to approach just what it is that you’re dealing with at the moment. I know that the cause of such issues can be many, and again my therapy accounts for this. From the soul who finds himself in an impossible situation – despite having their best intentions – to the person who finds themselves in an impossible situation that is not of their own making. I offer support and encouragement for you to find your way through this.

I have counselled many people in many settings. My most recent work was in universities and high schools. I have also worked extensively with charities, and I have worked with people of all age groups, different sexual orientations, and from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

I have helped clients with loss and bereavement, the impact of suicide, depression, grief, anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem, workplace issues, workplace burnout, bullying, domestic abuse, questions of sexuality, identity issues, terminal illness and trauma. Indeed, I know how the past can impact on the present. Therefore, my practice is trauma-informed, for it prioritises safety, trust, choice, collaboration and empowerment, and I will support your healing in this process.

Sometimes change can be scary, even if our current patterns keep us stuck in a loop that we know is not healthy for us. It does baffle belief sometimes, but the brain tends to stick to the principle of ‘better the devil you know!’ I hope we can collaborate together soon so we can begin to work at freeing such thoughts.

Take care, and I wish you well.

Graham.

About

Graham Morris is a qualified therapist based in the United Kingdom with three years of professional experience. He offers a respectful, non-religious practice and works as a male, older therapist who aims to create a safe space for people to begin exploring what they are facing.

Graham recognises that there are many different routes into therapy and that the causes of difficulties can vary widely. He provides support and encouragement so clients can discover the most helpful way to address their current challenges, whether those difficulties have arisen despite the person’s best intentions or from situations beyond their control.

His recent work has been in universities and high schools, and he has also worked extensively with charities. Graham has supported people of all age groups, a range of sexual orientations, and diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

He has helped clients with loss and bereavement, the impact of suicide, depression, grief, anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem, workplace issues, workplace burnout, bullying, domestic abuse, questions of sexuality, identity issues, terminal illness and trauma. His practice is trauma-informed and prioritises safety, trust, choice, collaboration and empowerment to support healing.

Graham understands that change can feel frightening even when current patterns are unhelpful, and he aims to collaborate with clients to begin freeing those restricting thoughts. He hopes to work together soon and wishes you well on this part of your journey.

Is Online Therapy the Right Choice for Your Mental Health Journey?

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.

One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to bring therapy into a busy schedule or to connect from different locations.

Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if someone finds they need a different fit, they can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, practical way to work on mental health and relationship concerns while maintaining a format that suits their daily routines.
