Hi there my name is Felicity,
I am a humanistic (person centred) counsellor which means im a big believer in looking at the root causes of things, then if necessary implementing coping skills/strategies like CBT and DBT therapy alongside the humanistic talking therapy model .I offer the core skills of dbt, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal skills and mindfulness.

I have experience working in substance misuse rehabilitation and mental health wards facilitating group therapies, this including DBT [dialectical behavioural therapy] this model is used as part of treatments for BPD
I have experience working with couples and family therapies, young people, addiction substance misuse as well as porn/sex
addiction/gambling, eating disorders, complex mental health issues, anxiety, depression, phobias, work related issues/stress, relationships, and different sexualities. Felicity Woolsey is a humanistic (person centred) counsellor based in the United Kingdom with five years’ experience. She focuses on understanding root causes and, where helpful, combining talking therapy with evidence-based coping strategies such as CBT and DBT.
