I am a very empathic and intuitive Therapist with a lot of experience in different approaches been Person Centered, Cognitive behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness my main therapies. I have in total 5 years of experience and have helped many people from different backgrounds, ages and genders navigate their challenges with very much success. I focus on my client and their uniqueness and without judgement I support them feeling save and empowered throughout their healing journey. My practice I have dealt with self – esteem issues, anxiety, depression, grief, attachment issues, trauma, divorce, childhood trauma parenting issue, relationship and all I have helped clients to find light and healing.
