Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
One of the best things about coming to therapy is the amount of courage it took for you to get here. You know what you want out of life and you know when you are not getting it. There is nothing I dislike more than to see human suffering. I have gone through my own and was determined to not let it ruin my life. Sometimes all it takes is for you to feel heard, understood, and feel validated. Therapy is a collaboration between client and therapist and together we will focus on your strengths and help you understand your worthiness was never in question. Other times you may require more skills and techniques to learn in order to overcome your concerns and issues.
My primary focus is anxiety, depression, self esteem, phobias, fears, women’s issues, OCD symptoms, and finding meaning to life and answer questions like, why am I here? I also volunteered at a Hospice and did my internship there and have knowledge in grief and bereavement. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor and received my Bachelor of Arts through Ashford University and Masters in Science in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. I have over 7 years experience working with people from 4 through 89 years of age. These people have taught me so much and I am blessed to do the work I do. I am very much a believer in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as I know the way we think has a direct impact on the way we feel. I also utilize a Person Centered approach, meaning I follow my client’s lead and the direction they wish to take. The great thing is, is that there are so many different sets of skills and interventions to use, you will find the ones that work best for you. It all depends on each individual’s specific needs.

Elizabeth DeLullo recognizes the courage it takes to begin therapy and honors the decision to seek change. She believes many people already know what they want from life and can tell when they are not moving toward it, and she is committed to reducing unnecessary human suffering because she has faced her own struggles and chose not to let them define her life.
Therapy with Elizabeth is a collaborative process in which she and the client work together to build on strengths, foster understanding, and reinforce the idea that a client’s worthiness was never in question. At times clients benefit most from being heard, understood, and validated; at other times they need concrete skills and techniques to address specific concerns.
Her primary clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, self-esteem, phobias and fears, women’s issues, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and exploring life’s meaning, including questions such as why am I here? Many people wonder whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That variety makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may choose a different provider at any time if they want a different fit. Online therapy can offer practical access and adaptable formats while preserving the professional therapeutic relationship that supports progress.
