Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Libby and I am a qualified counsellor licensed in the UK with 15 years of professional experience in many different fields. I have worked for Social Services as a counsellor with children and young people, worked within the NHS (using various techniques and theories such as CBT, talking based therapies, Humanistic Integrative therapy among others), and also run a private practice as well as my Betterhelp work.
I have much experience with individuals and couples and specialise in relationship work – from couples in intimate relationships to families resolving conflicts or looking at their patterns of relating. I also work with clients helping manage stress and anxiety, OCD, phobias and also adjusting to life changes.
I am trained in different forms of talking therapies and always keep the client at the centre of the work, drawing on necessary theories and practices. I walk beside my clients and together we undertake this process to help overcome the challenges life can bring.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and clients can choose to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
