Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, and congratulations that you’ve taken this courageous first step in seeking support!
I’ve been supporting people from many walks of life, cultural backgrounds and sexualities, and giving them tools for personal growth for more than 16 years, 8 of these as a psychotherapist in private practice, in the UK (London & East Sussex), and internationally.
I work with grief, anxiety, depression, relationships and confidence issues. My specialisms include those identifying as men healing from difficult relationships or suffering with the effects of divorce, and individuals struggling with racial and or sexual identity. From my experience in education counselling I also work with adults with ADHD/ADD.
Much of my specialist work helps people discover who they are more specifically their values, their boundaries and helping you work nurture a more healthy relationship with yourselves.
This includes helping you adjust to significant life changes and finding personal strength and stability amidst COVID, climate change and anxiety about the current state of our world.
I believe a warm and trusting therapeutic relationship is just as important as the skills I bring.
I look forward to meeting and working with you, or answering any questions, if you’re unsure if I work with your issue.
