Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi and welcome! Congratulations on taking the first step to feeling better!! I am Denise, a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years experience. I meet clients where they are at and take it from there. I use a client centered approach. You, after all are the expert on you. I specialize in trauma, attachment wounds, depression, anxiety and relationships. I also specialize in working with individuals with autism. Together, we can make you feel more joy, fulfillment and happiness. I look forward to working together.
Sometimes communication can get lost in translation through messages. I am available for live communication through video or phone chat. Please feel free to schedule a live session if that is what you prefer. I have availability M-F and some hours on the weekends.
If you prefer to communicate through messaging, please allow 24-48 hours for me to reply.

Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of communication that feels most comfortable, whether that is video calls, phone conversations, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and it is possible to switch providers if a different fit is desired. For many people, online therapy provides a practical, evidence-informed option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
