Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Delia.
It is entirely up to you what you bring to counselling. It can be a current crisis, a long running behaviour pattern or gaining an understanding of your relationships. Maybe you’re not sure what you want to bring, you just know something needs to change, you’re just not sure what. I aim to provide a calm and safe space in which you can explore whatever is important to you.
I trained as a humanistic integrative counsellor, an approach which recognises that there are significant connections between all approaches to counselling. It accepts that different clients have different needs and believes that no single method is sufficient. The approaches that I draw on are the Person-centred approach, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis, and I am also trained in CBT.
I can work with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress and self-esteem. I have also been a care worker working in care home and private home settings, and I can use experience gained working in the care profession to help you talk through any issues involving care and support, including end of life and dementia.
Thank you for looking at my profile, I hope we can work together.
(Please note that I do not work at weekends. If you contact me during the weekend I will respond to your enquiry on Monday)

Delia Warmington offers a calm, safe space where people can bring whatever feels most important to them – a current crisis, a long-standing pattern of behaviour, questions about relationships, or simply a sense that something needs to change.
She trained as a humanistic integrative counsellor, an approach that recognises links between different therapeutic methods and adapts to the needs of each person rather than relying on a single model. In her work she draws on Person-centred principles, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis, and she is also trained in CBT.
Delia works with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress and self-esteem. Her background includes experience as a care worker in both care home and private home settings, and she uses that experience to support conversations about care and support issues – including end of life matters and dementia.
She aims to be professional yet approachable and hopes to work collaboratively with people who are ready to explore change. Please note that Delia does not work at weekends – enquiries received over the weekend will be answered on Monday.
Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can genuinely help. For most common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or managing life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that works best for you, whether that means video calls, phone conversations, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients are free to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online work can provide an accessible way to begin or continue therapy while maintaining the same professional standards as face-to-face care.
