Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Life is hard for many of us and having a safe space to talk and be listened to, without fear of judgement or others opinions being foisted on us, is paramount to our health and well-being. Talking therapies are more relevant today than ever, as many of us are isolated and struggle in our relationships and lives. All types of mental health issues can be helped with psychotherapy. Medication is not the answer for many of us, it doesn’t help us to understand and change our feelings and responses to others.
I am credentialed in the UK with 8 years of professional work experience. I specialise in relationship issues, low self esteem and trauma. I worked with drug and alcohol misuse for 7 years, however , this encompasses many mental health conditions, domestic abuse, bullying, low self esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, food issues and others. I work with different types of therapy , depending on my client’s issues.
I understand how hard it is to take that initial step and reach out for help, I would encourage you, though, to take that step and let me help you to transform your life for the better.

Debra Hayman recognises that life can be difficult and values providing a safe space where people can speak and be heard without fear of judgement or others’ opinions being imposed on them. She believes talking therapies are increasingly important in a world where many feel isolated and struggle in their relationships and daily lives.
Debra sees psychotherapy as a helpful option for a wide range of mental health concerns and notes that medication is not the solution for everyone – it does not always support a person to understand and change their feelings and responses to others.
She is credentialed in the UK with 8 years of professional experience and specialises in relationship issues, low self-esteem and trauma. Debra also worked with drug and alcohol misuse for 7 years, a role that covered many related difficulties including domestic abuse, bullying, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship problems and food issues.
Debra uses different therapeutic approaches depending on each client’s needs and tailors her work to the issues presented. As an older, non-religious, liberal female therapist she aims to offer an approachable and understanding environment.
She appreciates how hard it can be to take the first step and encourages anyone considering support to reach out so they can begin to transform their life for the better.
Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A key benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who offer online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. This approach can make accessing consistent, professional support more practical for many people.
