Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most individuals.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can meet with their therapist in the format that works best for them, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to keep continuity of care.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. Online therapy provides an accessible way to engage in meaningful work on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors from a variety of communication modes.
