Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome,
I’m truly honored to support you in creating your best life. We all have something we’re working on or working through, and it’s my goal to help guide you through that journey. I believe we each possess unique strengths—sometimes hidden—that, once recognized, can transform the way we approach life’s challenges.
As a divorced single mother, I’ve experienced the many facets of life—the beauty, the hardship, and everything in between. It’s this combination of personal experience and professional training that allows me to connect with and support my clients in a deep and meaningful way.
I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailoring your experience to you—because no two people are the same, and therapy should reflect that.
I specialize in areas such as divorce, separation, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I genuinely look forward to meeting you and working together to help you move closer to the goals you have for yourself.
Once we schedule your first session, I’ll ask you to complete two brief forms: a HIPAA form and an intake questionnaire. This intake allows me to gain a holistic understanding of who you are so that we can begin our work together with clarity and intention right from the start.
Warmly,
Crystal Rischer MSW, LCSW

Crystal Rischer is a licensed clinical social worker in Florida who holds a Master of Social Work and brings six years of professional experience to her therapeutic practice.
She works with adults on a range of concerns including stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, self-esteem, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, anger management, coping with life changes, and offers coaching to support personal growth.
Combining clinical training with her lived experience as a divorced single mother, Crystal offers empathic, practical guidance and aims to help clients identify and build on their existing strengths.
Her work is tailored to each person – she uses a variety of therapeutic modalities and adapts her approach to match an individual’s needs rather than relying on a single method.
After scheduling a first session, Crystal asks clients to complete two brief forms: a HIPAA acknowledgment and an intake questionnaire. The intake provides a holistic view that helps begin therapy with clarity and intention.
Many people wonder if online therapy can really make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One significant advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
These services are delivered by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they would like a different fit.
