Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I aim to help those who are experiencing difficulties in their lives, and struggling to find solutions by themselves. Finding their own answers to their problems and once again find fulfilment and enjoyment in life and its simplicities.
I provide a professional and confidential service that is not only underpinned by formal education but also my life experiences. Since 2012, I have helped many people find clarity, peace of mind and self-fulfillment. I am aware that the journey through counselling much like that of life can be a very difficult one at times. In these times I will be willing to be there right beside you no matter how difficult it becomes. We could sit in silence, or we could sit and chat, of we could sit and you could just let it all out. I won’t be afraid to be afraid and hope you wouldn’t either. I know I don’t have all the answers and I’m sure at the start neither would you. However, I believe that with just the right amount of compassion, guidance and challenge we as human beings can reach deep within ourselves and find the answers we need.
I’m here when you are ready.

Craig Walker offers therapy to people who are facing difficulties and finding it hard to resolve them alone. He supports clients in uncovering their own solutions so they can regain fulfilment and start enjoying life’s simple moments again.
His work is grounded in formal training and informed by his life experiences, creating a professional and trustworthy approach to care. Since 2012 he has helped many people find greater clarity, peace of mind and a sense of self-fulfilment.
Craig recognises that the counselling journey – like life itself – can sometimes be very challenging. In those moments he stays alongside clients, whether that means sitting in silence, talking things through, or simply listening as they let feelings out. He does not pretend to have every answer; instead he offers compassion, guidance and measured challenge so people can access the answers within themselves. He is available when clients are ready to begin.
Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or coping with life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit they may switch to another therapist at any time.
