Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I specialise in domestic abuse , abuse and trauma. I’m committed to helping people understand their relationships and the impact of them. I offer counselling to both men and women affected by abuse.
I also offer counselling for other issues. I am here to help you find your own answers to the day to day struggles you have. Life can be difficult and from time to time things can get in the way of us feeling fulfilled. Having access to a therapeutic space can be a really supportive way to make sense of these types of feelings.
I normally offer face to face counselling as this is offering a relaxing environment, tucked in my garden is my confidential counselling room. This is a space free of judgment, ideal to work on your self-esteem and build confidence, so you can be free of limiting beliefs.
The last few years have been quite something with the pandemic and isolation so I have learnt to see the value in online working and am now only offering remote sessions. This is in part due to me wanting to keep counselling accessible to all, and also thanks to the positive feedback I have had from clients who have benefited from working in this way.
