I’m Chris Stavri, BACP, Accredited an experienced psychotherapist and author of the self-help book “Know You Can Change: A Path to Psychological and Spiritual Development.” With over 20 years of expertise, I specialise in guiding individuals through a wide range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and personal growth.
My approach is holistic, addressing the mind, body, and spirit. I view each person as a unique individual, regardless of their background, culture, or orientation. My mission is to help you find balance, understand the difference between your ego and true self, and empower you to live authentically.

Chris Stavri is an experienced psychotherapist and the author of the self-help book “Know You Can Change: A Path to Psychological and Spiritual Development.” With 22 years of practice, he specialises in supporting people through issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and personal development.
He works from a holistic perspective that attends to mind, body and spirit, helping clients find balance and explore the difference between the ego and the true self. Chris holds MBACP (Accred) – an accredited membership of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy – and brings an empathic, non-judgmental presence to therapy.
Sessions with Chris are designed to be warm and supportive, encouraging open sharing and the development of self-awareness as a path to sustainable change.
