Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a therapist with 5 years of experience ( consisting of more than 3000 sessions), during which I have shaped my practice to adapt based on the need of the individual client.
To me, psychotherapy is very much a team effort and as such my role is to walk besides you as we explore whatever might be happening for you together. I have a wealth of experience in multiple different areas ranging from anxiety, bereavement, trauma, illness, ADHD, to even things such as supporting carers of terminal illness. I will always do my best to help regardless of the issue at hand.
I have a master’s degree in Emotion Focused Therapy to underpin this experience and ensure that my clients receive the best evidence-based practice possible. Please read some of my reviews at the bottom of this page to show how effective it can be.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe very much in the client controlling the tempo as we work through whatever issues the client may want to address. I am very open minded and as such there will be absolutely no judgement, my only role is to support as best as I can. I work in a very person-centred way although I have amalgamated aspects of solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, person centred therapy and others to help ensure my practice is able to support clients in a variety of ways.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can offer a practical and effective option for people seeking support.
One key advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect with their therapist in the way that suits them best – by video call, by phone, through live chat or via in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist offering online services is a licensed professional, and clients may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, the combination of accessibility and evidence-based care makes online therapy a useful route to getting the support they need.
