Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello my name is Cheryl and I am a registered counsellor working in the UK. I am a Pluralistic Counsellor and have 5 years of professional work experience working with both adults and children covering a wide range of issues. These include helping clients with stress and anxiety & motivation, low self esteem, confidence, anger, grief and loss.
I work with my clients mainly from a Client -Centred approach, including drawing from a Psychodynamic Approach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques. This then allows me to provide clients with the correct support to meet your individual needs.
In counselling I can offer you a safe space for you to focus on yourself, your life, and your mental wellbeing. I can offer a warm non-judgemental, and confidential space to explore what is going on for you.
Taking the first step in therapy can be daunting and can take courage but be proud of yourself for taking that first step!
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For a range of common difficulties – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and coping with life changes – online therapy is often as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they decide they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy offers practical access to skilled therapists while keeping the focus on the concerns that matter most to the individual.
