As a licensed therapist in Tennessee, I bring 14 years of dedicated experience supporting individuals and couples through complex life challenges. My practice centers on creating a compassionate, affirming space for clients navigating diverse emotional landscapes. I specialize in addressing stress, anxiety, interpersonal/relational connection, trauma recovery, and personal growth.
My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in understanding individual experiences, with particular expertise in supporting LGBTQ+ communities, neurodivergent individuals, and those facing multicultural challenges. I offer a progressive, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore self-love, communication strategies, and healing from past experiences.

Much of my training and work experience has been with trauma informed, attachment and emotion regulation models. I am CAIP certified which means I maintain yearly trainings for anxiety-based methods and modalities like Cognitive Processing, TFCBT, Prolonged Exposure, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Individual Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and others.
I also have experience with groups and am a licensed Dialectical Behavioral, Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing/STAIR, PAIRS and Trauma therapist with many years of experience including working with many diverse issues.
My experience working with clients who are on the Autism Spectrum comes from years working as a therapist and RBT using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Early Denver Systems Model (EDSM), social and play therapy and interpersonal connections for this population.
I have also worked with military and Veteran populations for ten years at the federal level specializing in PTSD and substance abuse treatment.
