Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a counsellor offering short and long-term therapy. The way I work is relational and client-led and the aim is to help you, my client, understand yourself, and the complex feelings that brought you to therapy. My goal is to make you feel heard, seen, and respected while in the counselling chair. If you choose to be my client we will work together to access your inner strength and resources and replace unhealthy patterns of behaviour with healthy ones.
The approach I use is integrative which means that I draw on different theories including person-centred, and holistic, integrative approach, depending on the client’s needs.
Beginning your counselling journey and searching for a therapist can feel uneasy.
I have always been passionate about working with people and helping them connect with their true self. I believe that self-awareness is the foundation for personal growth and positive life changes.
How can counselling help?
Your counselling session with me is a confidential space for you to talk about whatever bothers you without judgment. Some thoughts and feelings could be easier to share with a stranger rather than family or friends. In our sessions, you will have the room to express yourself in the way you need to and reflect.
Counselling can help gain perspective on your situation and may help you understand yourself better. It can help you address the anxiety or depression you may be feeling. Clients often report improvement in their relationships after engaging in counselling and managing their stress better.
Sometimes change and adjusting to a new reality can be difficult and you don’t have to do it alone.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For most common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or adjusting to life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of connection that feels most comfortable, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging, which can make it easier to fit therapy into daily life.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they would like a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible way to work on everyday challenges and find support during transitions.
