Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Florida with 10 years of professional work experience, but I’ve been in the mental health world for over 20. Every therapist is going to tell you they provide a safe and confidential place to share what is on your mind. That is something that should come standard with therapy like brakes on a car. You want to know if I can actually help you with your problems, and if we are going to “click.” Many people give up on therapy, because they try once with a therapist they didn’t click with. They didn’t feel comfortable, or the personalities simply clash. I can’t promise that I’m the therapist that can help you solve the issues you are bringing to therapy. I also can’t promise that our personalities will not clash. Here is what I will promise. I’m going to be real with you. I’m not going to blabber a bunch of psycho babble that isn’t practical to you. I also have a tendency to be blunt if I feel that is what is needed.
Working with couples is my favorite, but at least half of my clients are individuals dealing with a wide range of general mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, and social skills. I also love working with clients dealing with grief and loss.

Casey Horne is a Florida-licensed therapist who holds an MA and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with license numbers LMHC10001305 and FL MH12674. He brings 14 years of professional experience and has been involved in the mental health field for more than 20 years.
He takes a straightforward, practical approach to therapy and focuses on useful, real-world strategies rather than clinical jargon. He is candid with clients and will be direct when he believes it will help the work move forward. He is also clear that there are no guarantees – he cannot promise to solve every problem or to be the perfect personality fit for every person.
Working with couples is his preferred focus, though at least half of his caseload consists of individuals facing a range of common concerns such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, and social skills challenges. He also frequently supports people coping with grief and loss. As a male, gay therapist who engages with clients across faith backgrounds – including Christian and non-religious individuals – he aims to provide practical support for relationship, family, intimacy-related, and other mental health issues.
Many people want to know whether remote counseling truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, online therapy is often as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their routine and comfort level, including video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistency and integrate therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients can change therapists at any time if they need a different fit. For many people dealing with everyday mental health challenges, online therapy provides a practical, accessible path to support and progress.
